I went to Singapore to play at the Singapore Open. While I was there, I took this opportunity to visit the Singapore Sports School.
It is quite fortunate because currently the girls singles coach at the school was my coach last time at the Indonesian national team.
I took MRT and went there with Kean-Meng and was suprised to see how nice the Sports School and the facility.
I managed to have some training sessions and shared my experiences as a player with the juniors.
I hope I can encourage them to do well in study and badminton.
Their study and training schedules are very tight. They have to wake up 6 o’clock every morning to train first, then go to school follow by training again in the afternoon.
